Our staff is comprised of Professional Surveyors, with over fifty years of experience and licenses in the state of Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. We also have a CFM (Certified Flood Plain Manager) on staff to help you with FEMA compliance, should your lowest adjacent grade be below the Base Flood Elevation, and a Letter of Map Amendment Removal is not feasible. Our professional staff is expert at determining the base flood elevation for 100-year flood plain areas from FEMA maps and studies. We want to make it as easy as possible to get an accurate assessment of your home’s true elevation, secure the documentation you need, and reduce or eliminate the burden of high flood insurance premiums whenever possible.
